1. Introduction
Alpha Omega Center dba Elyon Insurance Group ("Elyon," "we," "us," "our") is a licensed insurance agency headquartered in Montgomery, Alabama, led by Dr. Elon Miree, D.Min (NPN 7646801). We help Medicare-eligible individuals review their current Medicare Advantage, Medicare Part D, and Medicare Supplement coverage, and — if they choose — enroll in a plan through a licensed agent.
This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard the Personal Information of individuals who visit our website, submit our plan-review request form, participate in a Scope of Appointment (SOA) or plan-review call, or otherwise interact with us in connection with Medicare products.
As a Third-Party Marketing Organization (TPMO) under CMS rules, we comply with the CMS Medicare Communications and Marketing Guidelines (MCMG), applicable U.S. federal and state privacy laws, and TPMO recordkeeping requirements. California residents should review Section 4 for additional rights.

- First name and last name
- Phone number
- Email address
- Postal/ZIP code and city of residence
During your Scope of Appointment and plan-review call or visit:

- Current plan and carrier information you choose to share, for comparison purposes
- Provider and prescription information you choose to share, so we can check network and formulary coverage
- Records of communications by phone, text (SMS), email, or in-person/virtual visit
Automatically from website visits:
- IP address, browser type, device type, and operating system
- Pages visited, time spent, and referring URL
- Interaction data collected via cookies or similar tracking technology
